06 Stools
The stackable three-legged Stool 60, designed by Alvar Aalto in 1933, represents the essence of functionalist furniture design. By using Stool 60 as a readymade and removing two of its defining functional qualities, versatility and stackability, the project challenges the modernist principle of form follows function.
